Who makes the ears?Me! Shenai! It's a one women show. All ears are hand made by me, therefore that is why it takes awhile to get them out to you.

Do you take returns?All sales are final due to the hand made nature of the product. NO returns or exchanges. if you have any issues pleases contact me!

Can I customize an order?Unforuntely due to high demand I am not currently taking custom orders.

Will I be notified when my order ships?Yes! An email will be sent!

How long is shipping?ALL ITEMS ARE PREORDER AND TAKE 6-10 WEEKS. FASTER ON SOME OCCASIONS DEPENDING ON AVAILBILTY.

How do I care for my ears?As all the ears are handmade please be gentle with them. Do not wear them on any theme park rides. Because they are handmade, they can be damaged by water, rain, intense heat or sunslight . They are beautiful but fragile. Take care of them as you would any precious item.

Do the ears fit children?Because my diamond ears are heavier than the average headband, I do not reccomend them for children. They fit most adult heads.
